We aim to reply within two business days. For urgent issues (a game not loading, a serious bug, a policy concern), put [URGENT] at the start of your subject line and we will prioritise it. For other enquiries, add a subject-line tag so it lands with the right person:
What to include
- Bug reports: the game name, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot. Use subject [BUG].
- Browser issues:your browser and OS (e.g. "Chrome 123 on Windows 11"). That helps us reproduce. Use subject [BUG].
- Partnership or press: your company, a short description, and the specific thing you would like to discuss. Use subject [PARTNERSHIP] or [PRESS].
- Takedown / DMCA notices: see the Terms of Service for the information we need. Use subject [DMCA].
- Advertising concerns: the URL of the page, a screenshot of the ad if possible, and what was wrong. Use subject [ADS].
- Privacy / GDPR / CCPA requests: see below. Use subject [PRIVACY].
Privacy requests
To exercise your rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws — including access, deletion, correction, or opt-out of personalised ads — email support@vayugames.com with subject [PRIVACY]. We reply within 30 days at no cost.
Response times
- Urgent site outages: same day, Monday–Friday.
- General support and feedback: within 2 business days.
- Partnership / press: within 5 business days.
- Privacy / legal: within 30 days, as required by law.
